Are you selling products or services that are worth more than $ 25,000 like real estate property or luxury car? Then, learn the following best methods to easily make a sale:
1. Qualify your prospects. Obviously, not all people can afford the product that you sell. If you don’t want to waste your time on those individuals who are not willing and able to buy from you, I recommend that you create a criteria that your prospects must meet before you contact them. Let me give you an example; if you are selling $ 100,000 luxury car, you must target those people who have great buying powers like celebrities and CEOs as ordinary employees will most unlikely to buy from you.
2. Show them the item. Buyers will most unlikely to give you a cheque unless they see what you are selling. Make time to show these people what you offer. Let me give you an example; if you are selling a house and lot, you may personally take your clients to the property.
It’s important that these people see the real condition of the house, its location, the materials used, etc. as these elements can surely affect their buying decisions.
3. Close the sale. Properly build up your offerings to make them more enticing to the eyes of your target market. Answer all their questions and if possible, highlight the competitive advantage of your products. Do your best to make sure that these people will not leave without making a purchase. Be persuasive without sounding too pushy or being too aggressive. Let me give you a tip; if you feel that your prospects are extremely interested but would like to take some time to think about the offer, you can tell them that the are other people who are also interested.

4. Make follow-ups. If your prospects don’t buy from you, don’t fret just yet. You can still get them to do business with you through follow-ups. Send them enticing, friendly-sounding emails that can increase their interest over your offerings. Make sure that you highlight the features and benefits of the product that you sell. If possible, offer these people with discounts or freebies. You can give them 5% off the original tag price. You see, when people know that they’ll be able to save, they are most unlikely to pass on the opportunity.
